Outlook 2026

Strategically, we will continue on the path we have set: to permanently enhance and improve our position in the food and agri sector. The focus will be on value-added products, innovative concepts, and a strong international market position. The expected growth in exports outside the EU will also continuously being monitored.

Continuity: The financial statements have been prepared based on the going concern assumption, which assumes that Royal A-ware will continue its activities as a going concern. The Management Board of Royal A-ware has considered both operational and financial aspects in the so-called 'going concern' assessment and has developed a multi-year plan that allows for close monitoring of business processes and their continuity. Based on these projections, the Management Board expects that Royal A-ware will continue to meet its covenant requirements and generate sufficient cash flow to meet its obligations. Based on this, the Management Board believes that the continuity of Royal A-ware is assured.

The number of FTEs in 2026 is expected to be in line with 2025.

The investments in 2026 include expansion and modernisation of dairy factories located both in Belgium and the Netherlands, expansion of Grutte Pier location in Heerenveen, acquisition of Global Dairy Ventures in Spain (Barcelona), and investments in trucks and trailers for AB Texel.

All investments are expected to be financed from operating cash flow and existing financing agreements.

On a continuous basis we closely monitor international economic and political developments and determine the impact for our organisation.

'Permanently enhance and improve our position.'
